About the event

Join us for a special community learning session exploring new data on the social initiating behaviors of performing arts audiences. Social invitations explain a large portion of overall demand for arts and cultural experiences, yet we’ve not cracked the code on reward systems that would stimulate this behavior. This 60-minute virtual briefing will offer a research-based framework for understanding social initiating behavior, with the goal of provoking fresh thinking about new approaches to stimulating attendance in small social groups.

During the session, we will share some aggregate data from the 2025–26 Membership and Affiliations Survey, which was deployed this past October.

This session continues our deep dive into customer loyalty. Selected results from the recent Membership and Affiliation Survey will be presented.

If you’re interested in strengthening loyalty, supporting social initiating behaviors, and thinking creatively about incentives and affiliation opportunities your organization might offer, this conversation is for you.
