POST-EVENT FEEDBACK SURVEYS
Survey Stakeholders
Learn about the Dashboard
The Post-Event Feedback Surveys are a flexible, easy-to-implement tool for gathering feedback directly from audiences immediately after they attend a performance.
As with other Audience Outlook Monitor surveys, you join a cohort of organizations and move through the process together as a cohort. Unlike other surveys, however, participants in this cohort may survey as many programs or productions as they wish throughout their season. In other words, you set your own survey schedule based on your own need for feedback.
Results accumulate in a dashboard report, alongside results from other cohort members. WolfBrown staff provide support to cohort members through monthly webinars.
The standardized survey design template covers the following broad topics:
Self-reported buyer behaviors (e.g., subscriber status, donor status, social context)
Intrinsic impacts (choose from captivation, emotional resonance, intellectual stimulation, social bridging and bonding, aesthetic growth, etc.)
Reasons for attending
Satisfaction with various aspects of the experience
Engagement activities before, during and after the performance
Demographic and household characteristics
Level of customization: This is a standardized protocol. Participating organizations will be provided with a survey design template and must choose which questions they wish to include in their survey. One additional custom question is allowed. We encourage cohort members to keep the surveys as short as possible, to maximize cooperation rates.
WolfBrown is an industry leader in designing and implementing post-event feedback surveys, having supported hundreds of performing arts organizations in this area for over 20 years. Our survey support program is now a service under the Audience Outlook Monitor program.
To maximize cohort learning, participants in all cohorts must agree to share their results with other participating organizations through the WolfBrown dashboard. After the cohort concludes, aggregated results will be shared with the larger field through the Audience Outlook Monitor Community.
