Through a partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, a unique methodology was developed to engage small and mid-sized organizations in the Covid-19 Audience Outlook Monitor research.  Participating organizations conducted individual depth interviews with constituents, and also participated in a survey effort, which was available in Spanish and English. Results were synthesized through a series of facilitated sense-making workshops. The research concluded in March 2021.
