Membership and Affiliation Survey

The Membership and Affiliation Survey, launching October 14, 2025, continues our deep dive into customer loyalty. This new cohort-based survey explores ticket buyers’ interests in membership programs, organizational affiliations, and adult education offerings—helping you better understand what drives long-term engagement.

This survey will answer questions such as:
What types of membership benefits are most appealing to ticket buyers?
How likely are patrons to join or renew a membership based on current offerings?
What kinds of affiliations or identity-based programs resonate most with your audience?
Are there opportunities to deepen engagement through adult education or learning activities?
What motivates loyalty beyond ticket purchases alone?
Results
To maximize learning, research partners agree to share their results with other participating organizations through the WolfBrown Dashboard. A selection of aggregated results may be shared with the larger field through the Audience Outlook Monitor community in a public dashboard.
